Hi! I’m Anne Marie – an energy & clarity coach, mental health advocate, and organizer.

Over the years, I’ve been tossed many of life’s curveballs, raising three neurodivergent kids to adulthood, and now undergoing cancer treatments that leave my brain foggy and drained.

I know what it’s like to feel guilty over the to-do list that’s not even 10% completed — as well as the starting and stopping the same project notes or emails because my brain fog leaves me unfocused and emotionally maxed out. I’m right there with you, living my own messy life.

Right now, women with low energy struggle to focus because of brain fog. With my support, they move to getting things done with clarity and calm, gaining time and energy for what matters most.

Through Simple Little Steps, I create gentle planners and tools that help women with brain fog or low energy stay organized without burning out.
